슬로푸드(주)농업회사법인이 더키움아카데미 시설, 장비 지원사업으로 단호박 팍피기, 분할기, 컨베이어밸트를 구축했다./모두의경제 제공
한국남동발전㈜와 모두의경제가 주관해 경남 지역의 사회적 가치 확산을 목적으로 진행 중인 '더(THE)키움아카데미 시설·장비 지원사업'으로 장비 교체, 신규 고용 창출 등의 효과가 나타났다.
올해 처음 진행된 이 사업은 총 1억 원을 들여 △기자재 등 시설 구입비, 시설 보강 지원 △책임 멘토링 매월 1회 이상 제공 등을 하고 있다.
이번 사업에 슬로푸드㈜농업회사법인, 진주우리먹거리협동조합 진주텃밭, (유)거창행복나눔복지센터, 주식회사 다올, 주식회사 참다올푸드, 양지영농조합법인, (유)허니피플, 지역문화콘텐츠연구소 사회적협동조합 등 8개 사회적 경제기업이 선정됐다.
진주우리먹거리협동조합 진주텃밭이 더키움아카데미 시설, 장비 지원사업으로 쇼케이스, 냉동고를 설치했다./모두의경제 제공
이들은 최대 1300만 원 지원금을 받아 생산 환경을 개선하기 위한 시설·장비를 구입하고 설치를 완료했다. 기업들은 불량률 개선, 생산성 향상이라는 소정의 목표를 달성하게 됐고, 신규 고용 총 72명을 창출하는 등 지역 경제 활성화에도 기여했다.
참여 기업들은 "노후화된 시설·장비 교체로 기존 장비 유지에 소요되던 보수비용이 대폭 줄고 생산성 향상으로 매출과 고용이 동시에 늘었다. 책임 멘토링으로 시설·장비를 활용한 기업의 지속성장 로드맵을 구축하게 됐다"며 높은 만족도를 표했다.
